Long story short. Recently my Jetbrains IDE started to freezing and lagging during menu navigation. It's quite annoying, and I'm not only one who experienced such problem. I noticed that such problem persists even in standard KDE apps like Dolphin, but finally I realized that the main source of this sluggish behaviour is Jetbrains Toolbox! BTW, some users noticed an overall quality decrease of Jetbrains products.
